Anchor-Age Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that enhances the quality of life of Alaskans by promoting fitness, health and wellness, and social interaction. Members enjoy benefits such as billiards, crafts, computers, fitness instruction and social events. These services are largely made possible by generous donations from the public. There are a variety of fundraising projects we engage in to cover our approximate $1,600,000 annual operating obligation. These include running a restaurant, gift shop, catering services, and individual room with facility rental services. Anchor-Age also sponsors fundraising with seasonal community events such as the book, craft and plant sales, split-the-pot, and bingo, in addition to regular activities such as social hour lunches and dancing. At the heart of our fundraising efforts is our annual Garden Gala benefit, which allows us to recognize and thank our sponsors. This year, we are pleased to welcome you to the 7th Annual Anchorage Senior Activity Center Garden Gala titled An Evening in Tiffany Blue.
